Plot[]
As summer break is about to begin, a Phantom dubbed "Enigma" is attacking students with abilities and stealing their powers away. Haruhiko and his team have an encounter with Enigma, however, she escapes. Later, as Haruhiko is about to finish fixing the device found at the abandoned warehouse, he receives a call from his mother and he meets with her, asking for forgiveness. However, Haruhiko's "mother" isn't all as she seems.
